Due to facilitator availability, this session has being reimagined!

This is a space for pause, grounding, rest and restoration. 

The Oasis space will offer a quiet space for tea,  crafting, refreshments,treats. It’s a space for rest, prayer, meditation and naps. It’s a space that scaffolds and staggers levels of participation, so that you can opt in to what supports you.

Rehearsing Freedoms centres people experiencing organised violence at various intersections. The violence that keeps us burnt out, unwell, disabled, and distressed. This work impacts us on many levels. Therefore we seek to bring not just our participation but also our wholeness where it feels safe and apt to do so. 

We honour how inviting our wholeness to this takes time and needs support and scaffolding from all of us.
